These are the cookbooks and other food related books I own. My own cooking style borrows a little from each of them, but the main themes are whole ingredients, nutrient dense foods, and traditional foods and preparation methods that humans somewhere have been eating and using for at least a hundred years. Vintage cookbooks are denoted by the publication date in parentheses.
I’ve separated them into vintage cookbooks, reference books, nutrition books, and cookbooks, but the designation is very fluid, so my designations may seem arbitrary. For example, most books about nutrition contain at least a few recipes, and most cookbooks contain information about nutrition or standard reference information, and so forth.
